Bismarck State College offers a diversity of programs and fields of study. The career and technical programs are designed to prepare a student for immediate entry into the workplace. A certificate, diploma or Associate in Applied Science (AAS) from BSC serves as evidence that the student has acquired the skills and knowledge needed for entry-level jobs in the trades or technical fields. An Associate in Arts (AA) or Associate in Science (AS) prepares a student for transfer to a four-year college or university to continue the pursuit of a baccalaureate degree.
