The Assessment Committee recognizes the need to develop appropriate assessment processes for those students taking developmental courses.

When students enter the institution, ACT and COMPASS testing is used to determine placement for students in developmental classes.

However, a formalized plan for student outcomes assessment in such classes has not yet been implemented and will require the focus of the Assessment Committee in the future.
