The mission of the Division of Continuing Education, Training and Innovation (CETI) is to extend the resources of Bismarck State College by providing excellent service for lifelong learning and training opportunities. This is accomplished by offering high quality, need-based educational programs for community development and economic growth, individual professional development, and personal enrichment.

CETI provides workforce training for the entire southwest region of North Dakota. Workforce training is uniquely designed to help business, industry, government and non-profit agencies maintain their competitive edge. Types of training include computer skills, organizational development, and mentorship.

Other services of CETI are conference coordination for agencies and organizations and a speakers bureau. For area citizens, CETI offers professional development and enrichment programs for personal growth, recreation, certification and skills development.
