1. Satisfy all admissions requirements.
2. Earn a minimum of 60 semester hours of credit to
include: Completion of a prescribed technical program and a minimum of nine semester hours of general education credits from the following areas of study:
Communications - 1 course minimum
Arts & Humanities/Social & Behavioral Sciences - 1 course minimum with no more than 3 hours of Fine Arts Activities.
Business/Math/Science/Technology - 1 course minimum.
Technical courses required for a prescribed technical program cannot be used to satisfy the general education requirements. Courses that will fulfill requirements are listed under business/math/science/technology in the Diploma column of
the General Education Matrix. |
3. Academic Skills Courses (ASC) will not fulfill general
education requirements and cannot be included
in the semester hours required for a Program Diploma.
4. Earn at least 15 semester hours of institutional credit
from Bismarck State College.
5. Achieve a minimum 2.00 grade point average (C
average) in a prescibed technical program, as well as in all credits from Bismarck State College.
6. Clear all college obligations.
7. File an Application for Graduation in the Student Records Office at the beginning of the semester/term in
which the student expects to complete requirements
for graduation. |
