Bismarck State College welcomes the cultural and academic stimulation international students bring to campus. In recent years, the College has served students from Canada, Africa, Mexico, Southeast Asia, Japan and Europe.

To facilitate academic success and social orientation, BSC requires that students for whom English is a second language must have at least a minimum level of English fluency.
