Daily Schedule
Classes will begin at 8:30 in the morning (building will open at 8:00). Lunch will be at 11:30 with a daily recital hour at 12:30. Classes will be completed at 3:05. A final concert for all students will be held Thursday evening at 5:00 pm. Students will be scheduled for MasterClass (private lesson), Repertoire/Group, Theory, and two Enrichment Classes.
Enrichment Classes
These include Art, Orchestra, Intro to Piano, Fiddle, Flute, Ensemble (Book 5 and above), Orff (rhythm and movement class) and Improv for Guitar. Students may indicate a preference of which Enrichment Classes they want on the registration form (final scheduling will be dependent on enrollment). Siblings of institute students may register for Enrichment Classes at a cost of $35 per class.

Recitals
The Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 12:30 recitals are open to all students who would like a chance to perform. Accompanists will be provided, or students may provide their own. Students will be assigned one of the three days.
The Tuesday 12:30 recital will feature faculty members.
The final concert Thursday evening at 5:00 is an opportunity to showcase the skills and accomplishments of all the students. All students are invited to perform.
Advanced Chamber session
June 1 - June 3: Advanced Chamber Session for Violin, Viola and Cello. Classes begin Friday evening, June 1 and go through Sunday afternoon, June 3. All students will work with Terry Durbin and the North Dakota String Quartet. Classes include chamber music, orchestra, and masterclasses.
For students ages 13-18 in Book 6 and above for violin and Book 5 and above for viola and cello.
Cost: $150, $125 if registered for the June 4-7 session also. Make checks payable to: River Bend Conservatory. For more infomation call (701) 355-0040.
Attention Parents
Students age 7 and younger are required to be accompanied by an adult throughout the week. Parents are always welcome and encouraged to accompany older children whenever possible.

Scholarships
A limited number of need-based scholarships will be available. Please inquire if interested.
Lunch
BSC Snack Bar is available for student lunches or students may bring a sack lunch. Juice and pop machines are available. All students are expected to remain with a parent/guardian during lunch hour unless prior arrangements are made.

Housing
A list of local hotels are sent upon request.
