Generational Differences in the Workplace

The War Babies are almost all out of the workplace. Boomers are exiting in large numbers in the next ten years. How will these groups relate with the younger generations: Gen X and Gen Y? What motivates each group in the workplace? How do they learn best on the job? And, most importantly, how will we all get along?! This presentation is fast and fun and full of music and memories. Employee groups love it!
