North Dakota Radiological Health Rules Section
33-10-06-03, requires individuals to complete a
minimum of 80 hours of didactic training at a
single course providing the minimum hours of
instruction in the subjects below. Individuals must
also complete a 3-hour self study course designed
by the North Dakota State Health Department.
This program is designed for Limited Diagnostic Operators in accordance with
ND Rules 33-10-06-03. The program is available to people that have the
following credentials: Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, EMT - Paramedic, Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Medical Technologist, Medical Lab Technician, Clinical Lab Technician, Physician Assistant, Orthopedic Physician Assistant.
A final test is required to demonstrate successful
completion of the course.

The didactic portion of this course will be
administered online through a 6 week timeline. The
clinical portion of the course will be held over one
weekend to be determined after the course begins.
