WAPA Receives Example of Excellence Award Using BSC's ETST Program

The Western Area Power Administration recently received recognition from NERC. Western's system operator development program was honored as an Example of Excellence by NERC. The system operator development program utilizes BSC's Electrical Transmission Systems Technology (ETST) program.
