MISSION
The Staff Senate is established to represent the non-faculty employees, and, as such, to recommend to the President of the College proposals designed to improve the status of non-faculty employees.

The Senate shall strive to promote communication between the President of the College, other officers of the institution, and non-faculty staff. The Senate shall also inform and serve the non-faculty staff of Bismarck State College.
