MISSION
Staff Senate is established to represent staff, and, as such, to recommend to the president of the college proposals designed to improve the status of staff.

The Senate shall strive to promote communication between the president of the college, other officers of the institution, and staff. The Senate shall also inform and serve the staff of Bismarck State College.
