BSC requires all foreign students, except those from countries in which English is the official language, to demonstrate proficiency in the English language before being admitted to the college.
VIEW COMPASS-ESL STUDENT GUIDE
Two methods are used to evaluate a student's proficiency of the English language.

Note: Students must meet requirements on all three COMPASS/ESL exams. If only conditional acceptance is achieved on the writing and listening, the student will be required to meet with the Dean of Admissions and Enrollment Services to discuss course selection. |
